BECOME A BRAINOBRAIN TEACHER

Perhaps you are a teacher, or interested in teaching children between the ages of 5 to 14?

Our Brainobrain Teacher plan allows you to set up a Brainobrain teaching centre in your local area. We help you to set up a centre and we teach you to teach children in Advanced Abacus, Neuro Linguistic Programming & Personality Development Skills.

If you pass our interviews and training, we help you in your transformation as an efficient Brainobrain teacher.  You have the option to work part time, or full time as a contracted teacher, depending on the volume of work available in your area and your time plan.

We are here to help you every step of the way and will assign a manger to help you grow your class numbers. We help you to get each batch of students, with which, you can comfortably teach what you learn from us.

HOW LONG IS THE TRAINING? 

In total we provide you with nearly three years training to get you to an advanced Brainobrain Abacus skills level. You can begin teaching after level 1 training (4 days in total), and then attend further courses every three months.

WHAT IS THE COST?  

We train you up for free, but ask for a small deposit of £350, which pays for your CRB checks, Police checks and teacher kit.  This deposit is given back to you after 12 months of teaching.  All of your training is included, a set up pack and business help and support with your Brainobrain centre. You will have direct contact with our office and our team will help you every step of the way.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

2. Attend an interview: We will set up an interview with you which will incorporate a presentation, an opportunity to ask questions and a short maths and English test.
3. Enhanced Criminal record disclosure checks and references: If both parties are keen to proceed, we undertake a range of background checks to ensure the integrity and suitability of each applicant. All being well, we will invite you to our initial training.

INITIAL TRAINING

1. Training: Our initial Instructor training lasts 4 full days and takes place in London. The five days will be conducted during the school holidays.
2. Sign license agreement, we help you open your centre: Signing the license agreement is a defining moment. Until this point neither party is committed to continuing and the only cost to you has been your travel expenses. From here on, we are all committed to making Brainobrain a success in your area.

AFTER OPENING

1. Follow-up training days: After two months of teaching you will be invited back for a further 1 days training which will teach you the 2nd level. After every two and a half months of teaching you will be invited back to learn the next level of the Brainobrain model until you have completed and taught the full 10 levels. The total training to reach all 10 levels will take approximately 2 ½ years. At every stage, you will have a dedicated member of staff to advise you and guide your development.
